A monitored automatic shutoff valve on your main water line: it watches flow around the clock, shuts the water off when something is wrong, and — on the Premier plan — alerts our office so we call you, not the other way around.
- Monitoring service: $50/month — included in Kyle Club Premier.
- Filtration bundle: every whole-home filtration system at full price includes a FREE LeakSecure device with standard installation. Monitoring sold separately at $50/month.
- Monitored automatic shutoff devices may qualify for homeowner-insurance discounts — ask your agent what your policy offers.
Standard installation means an accessible main line, a functional shutoff location, and standard enclosure placement — anything beyond that is quoted before work begins.

- $0 dispatch applies Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (excluding holidays); after-hours and holiday dispatch fees apply.
- 10% discount applies to select plumbing services and excludes water heaters, whole-home filtration systems, major projects (repipes, sewer replacements), and price-competitive equipment installations.
- The 10% repair discount is capped at $500 per membership year (Gold) or $1,000 (Premier); the cap resets at renewal with no rollover, and warranty work, $0 dispatch, and the annual inspection visit do not count against it.
- Gold is billed as an automatic recurring monthly transaction; cancel anytime with two weeks’ notice. Premier has a 12-month term and renews automatically — disclosed clearly at signup.
