Pipe Coating & Lining in Deerfield Beach, FL
Proudly Serving Broward & Palm Beach County — South Florida plumbing since 1974 — Kyle Plumbing since 1993
Corroded, cracked, and clogged pipes can wreak havoc on your property — but fixing them no longer means demolition. Kyle Plumbing restores drain and sewer lines from the inside out with the Picote Brush Coating system: diagnosis-first, camera-verified, minimally disruptive. Coat where you can, replace where you must — and you see the evidence either way.
Diagnosis First — Then the Right Method
Every project starts with descaling and a camera inspection you watch with us: cast iron cleaned back to bare metal with rotating chains, then a recorded look at the true condition — wall thickness, slope, bellies, breaks. Only then does anyone talk methods. Coat where you can, replace where you must; lining where slope and structure are confirmed. No scare tactics, just evidence and flat-priced options.
Picote Brush Coating — With the Numbers to Back It
The Picote Brush Coating system builds a new epoxy wall inside the existing pipe. The coating is NSF/ANSI 61 potable-water certified (4"+ pipes with white final coat) and ASTM tested; it bonds to cast iron, PVC, concrete, clay, and copper in diameters from 1.25" to 12". Service is typically restored about 4 hours after the final coat, and residents stay home throughout. A 10-year warranty is available — 10-year coating material warranty plus workmanship coverage in 1, 5, and 10-year tiers — and, separately, the epoxy carries a 30–50 year design life.
Descaling & Rust Prevention — A Service of Its Own
For many South Florida buildings, descaling and milling with an epoxy rust-prevention coat is the honest first step: it removes decades of scale, restores flow, and protects the bare metal — often buying years of life at a fraction of restoration cost. It stands alone as a service, and it doubles as the prep stage if coating or lining comes later.
Targeted Lining, Spot Repairs & Full Replacement
Cured-in-place lining still earns its place: targeted short-section spot repairs, and full runs where the camera confirms good slope and sound structure. When a line is beyond saving, we replace it — tunneling under the home to spare your floors, or conventional excavation where access allows — with the reasoning and pricing for each path in writing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Coating or replacement — how do you decide?
The camera decides. Structurally sound but corroded pipe is a coating candidate; a line that has lost slope or structure gets replaced — by tunneling or excavation. You watch the footage with us and get flat pricing for every viable path.
How long does the coating last?
A 10-year warranty is available — 10-year material warranty plus our written workmanship tiers. Separately, the epoxy has a 30–50 year design life.
Do you still line pipes?
Yes — targeted short-section spot repairs, and full runs where slope and structure are confirmed by camera. We just never sell a liner as the answer before the diagnosis.
