Trenchless Sewer Restoration — Diagnosis First

Fix Your Sewer Pipes Without Digging Up Your Home

Underground sewer work is what we do — cast iron, PVC, and SDR alike. The floors stay. The yard stays. One licensed crew diagnoses on camera, then matches the method to the pipe: coat where you can, replace where you must, line where slope and structure are confirmed.

  • Cast iron, PVC & SDR — coating, lining, spot repairs, replacement
  • NSF/ANSI 61 certified epoxy coating · ASTM tested
  • You watch the before & after footage yourself

Why South Florida Cast Iron Is Failing Now

If your home was built before 1975 — Deerfield Beach’s median home dates to 1978 — your drains are likely original cast iron, and after five decades in South Florida’s climate they corrode from the inside out. Recurring backups, sewer odor, and roots on camera are the symptoms; channeled, scaling pipe is the cause.

Insurers know it too: four-point inspections increasingly flag original cast iron, and failed sewer scopes derail home sales. Trenchless restoration — coating or lining, matched to what the camera proves — rehabilitates the pipe in place, with documentation your insurer, buyer, or inspector will accept, for a fraction of what excavation and restoration cost.

Pipe Lining vs. Coating

Frequently Asked Questions

Coating, lining, or replacement — which will I need?

The camera decides, not a sales script. Structurally sound but corroded pipe is a coating candidate; confirmed slope and structure can take a liner or a spot repair; a collapsed or bellied line gets replaced — by tunneling or excavation. You see the footage and get flat prices for every viable path.

How long does the restoration last?

A 10-year warranty is available — a 10-year coating material warranty plus written workmanship tiers of 1, 5, and 10 years. Separately from the warranty, the epoxy coating carries a 30–50 year design life.

Is the coating safe for water pipes?

The epoxy we install is NSF/ANSI 61 certified for potable water (pipes 4" and larger with a white final coat) and ASTM tested — and it bonds to cast iron, PVC, concrete, clay, and copper from 1.25" to 12".

Do you really not have to dig?

For most homes, yes — coating and lining install through existing cleanouts and access points, and service is typically restored about 4 hours after a final coat. When replacement is unavoidable, tunneling under the home usually spares the floors.

I already have a dig-up quote. Will you look at it?

Yes — the second opinion is free. Bring the quote, we’ll camera the line for $299 with a written report (credited to any repair), and tell you honestly which method fits. Sometimes the dig is right; usually it isn’t.
